We are looking for a confident self-starter to play a pivotal role in our global expansion. You’ll travel the world, engage with stakeholders at all levels, while developing sharp skills in sales and marketing to elevate a commercial professional trajectory.

About the Role
You will be joining us at a pivotal moment with an established, loved business model and huge potential for growth. This role covers the EMEA region (with a focus on Europe). Whether you are based in our Stockholm office or working remotely within Europe, you will act as the external face of Lanterna, driving our expansion in our largest market yet.
Your Mission
Your goal is to become a trusted partner to schools and drive a high-quality pipeline for our Account Executives (AEs). You won’t just be selling; you will be consulting and building high- impact relationships.
Master the Outreach: Use a multi-channel approach (LinkedIn, email, phone, and creative strategies) to open doors with high-level stakeholders like IB Coordinators and Principals.
Hit the Road: Spend approximately 50% of your time traveling. You will represent Lanterna at major international conferences and conduct independent school visits to present our solutions face-to-face.
Consult & Qualify: Conduct in-depth needs analyses to understand a school's challenges, demonstrate the value of Lanterna’s solutions before booking a meeting for our AEs.
Strategic Feedback: You are our eyes and ears on the ground. You will identify industry trends and feed insights back to the team to help sharpen our product and marketing strategies.

The Essentials
Commercial Instinct: Professional experience in sales is great, but a strong natural aptitude and passion for commerce is a must. Ideally from previous B2B sales experience.
Communication: Fluent working proficiency in English with excellent presentation skills.
Mobility: A valid driving license and EU citizenship (or right to work/travel freely across the EMEA region).
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with CRM tools and organizing your workflow digitally.
Bonus Points
You are an International Baccalaureate (IB) graduate.
You have previous B2B sales or SDR experience.
You speak additional languages relevant to the region (e.g., French, Spanish, German, Arabic).
You have a background in teaching or education.
