Lanterna is based in Stockholm, Sweden, but we are open to any European location with regular trips to Stockholm.

About the role
Lanterna’s Schools team solves the teacher crisis for a global network of schools, providing short and long-term online teaching coverage. Although Lanterna has been around for almost 20 years, providing unrivalled tutoring and prep courses for students, the B2B arm of our business is still nascent but growing extremely fast. In our first two full year of operations, we have grown rapidly, now serving over 200 IB schools around the world.
You will be on a team of 3 managing the entire operations and delivery lifecycle for the schools we support. This includes recruitment and onboarding, community management, lesson quality assurance, communications with all stakeholders (teachers, school leaders, IB professionals), and more. You will be ultimately responsible for how happy schools are with our services, ensuring seamless and positive customer experience throughout each delivery.
About You
A recent university graduate (0–5 years) or junior teacher with an IB background – ideally Stockholm-based to start with, so you can spend time with the team at our HQ (we may expand later).

Skills
Organisational skills: You’ll be the engine room and the human face of our business unit - solving problems, calming chaos, and making schools feel fully supported.
Calm under pressure: Any given day can throw up lots of exciting challenges, and as we work across global time-zones, we need to be prepared to deal with last minute challenges.
Communication: You will deal with stakeholders at all levels, across multiple countries. Positive, calm, engaging communications will help our teaching community, and the schools we support, love what we do.
